Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 10-20 business days, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
CozyClaws is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other third parties once an order has left our fulfillment center.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically falls within the 10-20 business day window stated above.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional delivery time due to customs clearance, and the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. CozyClaws is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred during international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
CozyClaws is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. CozyClaws is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at supportcozyclaws@gmail.com before your order ships; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
