Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved in fulfillment, CozyClaws only accepts returns or replacement requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect product selection by the customer.
Time Limit
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown by carrier tracking) to report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests submitted after this 7-day window will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, no exceptions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, replacement, or refund, contact us at supportcozyclaws@gmail.com within the 7-day window with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Requests submitted without photo or video evidence will not be processed. This requirement exists to verify the condition of the item and to expedite your resolution.
Approved Returns
If your return request is approved, CozyClaws will offer, at its sole discretion, one of the following: a full or partial refund, a replacement item, or store credit. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the issue reported and the evidence provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items reported after the 7-day window has passed
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after delivery
- Items where the customer simply changed their mind or no longer wants the product
- Health and wellness supplements that have been opened or used, unless the item arrived defective
Shipping Costs on Returns
CozyClaws does not offer return shipping labels. If a return is approved, the resolution will typically be a replacement or refund without requiring the customer to ship the item back, except in cases where we explicitly request the item be returned. Original shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded for reasons other than those stated in this policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. CozyClaws is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider in posting the refund to your account.
Final Decision
CozyClaws reserves the right to make the final determination on all return, refund, and replacement requests at its sole discretion. By placing an order with CozyClaws, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
